Dubai – Mubasher: Amlak Finance generated net profits valued at AED 259.26 million in 2023, marking an annual decline from AED 476.14 million.
The revenues hit AED 225.60 million in 2023, up year-on-year (YoY) from AED 213.91 million, according to the initial financial results.
Earnings per share (EPS) retreated to AED 0.17 last year from AED 0.32 in 2022.
The company registered total assets amounting to AED 3.24 billion as of 31 December 2023, an annual rise from AED 3.43 billion.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2023, Amlak Finance witnessed lower net profits at AED 268.68 million, compared to AED 389.90 million in 9M-22.
Accumulated losses hit AED 224 million as of 30 September 2023, which represented 15% of the capital.
