Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Developers Holding posted higher consolidated net profits at EGP 225.14 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2024, compared to EGP 89.53 million in 9M-23.
The EGX-listed firm generated revenues valued at EGP 1.41 billion as of 30 September 2024, up year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 872.41 million, according to the financial results.
Earnings per share (EPS) grew to EGP 0.02 in 9M-24 from EGP 0.01 in the year-ago period.
Financial Results for Q3-24
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2024, Arab Developers generated EGP 236.55 million in net profit, an annual leap from EGP 36.15 million. EPS climbed to EGP 0.031 from EGP 0.005.
Revenues increased to EGP 1.06 billion in Q3-24 from EGP 185.30 million during the same period in 2023.
As of 30 June 2024, the consolidated net losses stood at EGP 11.41 million, against net profits worth EGP 53.38 million a year earlier.
