Riyadh – Mubasher: Arab Sea Information Systems Company has signed a cooperation agreement with Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority on Tuesday, 24 August.
The listed company will provide technical solutions and accounting systems for issuing e-invoicing and e-notifications that comply with provisions of the e-invoicing regulation in Saudi Arabia, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
This deal aims to enable taxpayers to fulfill their statutory obligations.
The agreement will be effective for one year starting the signing date and it is automatically renewed, for a similar period or several periods.
Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Finance, Mohamed Al Jadaan, said last July that the newly formed Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority will boost security and enhance the business environment while facilitating trade and procedures for Zakat, taxes, and customs transactions.
