Cairo – Mubasher: The stock of Arab Valves Company has maintained trading in a medium-term upward trend that began with breaking through an important resistance level at EGP 7.50 then reaching EGP 9.25 before retesting resistance and rebounding upwards within a few weeks, according to stock performance signaled by Mubasher Trade.
Based on the weekly chart, positive candlesticks are showing with dominance of the purchasing power that reflected over the stock's movement in the formation of a higher bottom. Currently, the most important level is EGP 7.50–8.00, since it is the line between the continuation of the upward trend or entering a sideways level above the support area. Any weekly closing above the support zone will be considered a confirmation of a new upward wave targeting areas of EGP 9.20 and then EGP 10.
On the other hand, a decline below the EGP 7.50 level on the weekly chart would negate the possibility of forming the flag pattern, which is more likely the case, given the stock's price movement.
Summary of Price Movement
Since the beginning of 2025, the stock started with a stable rise supported by trading volumes after a long accumulation period near the EGP 4 level. With the first strong buying wave, the stock managed to break through a narrow sideways range and gradually moved toward levels reaching EGP 7.50. The rise was in clear stages: short upward waves followed by limited profit-taking, but without breaking any of the bottoms, which confirmed the strength of the upward trend.
This was followed by a sideways movement above the new support level while maintaining the formation of a higher low, keeping the overall trend positive. The stock is currently in the process of testing new price levels.
