Mubasher: Arabi Group Holdings currently owns an equity of 26% in the paid-up capital of Dhaman Health Assurance Hospitals Company, board chairman Tarek Al Maosharji said, as reported by Al Rai Newspaper.
This stake is valued at KWD 36 million, Al Maosharji clarified on the sidelines of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Tuesday.
He added that the revenues of the health project Dhaman will start in 2020, Al Rai said.
Dhaman was established by a ministerial decree with a pledged capital of KWD 230 million, as part of Kuwait’s development plan.
At the oil sector’s level, Al Maosharji said that Arabi Group has investments exceeding KWD 100 million.
