Cairo – Mubasher: Arabia Investments Holding recorded EGP 85.47 million in consolidated net profits before minority shareholders’ rights in 2020, up by 5.6% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 80.93 million.
The profits attributable to minority interests grew to EGP 10.01 million last year from EGP 1.55 billion in 2019, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
In total, the company’s net profits amounted to EGP 95.49 million in 2020, up from EGP 82.48 million a year earlier.
The revenues rose to EGP 1.6 billion in 2020 from EGP 1.22 billion in 2019.
As for standalone business, the company suffered net losses of EGP 10.97 million last year, compared to EGP 4.13 million in 2019.
During the first nine months of 2020, Arabia Investments Holding reported net profits of EGP 53.95 million, up from EGP 40.55 million in the same period in 2019, including minority shareholders’ rights.
