Cairo - Mubasher: Arabia Investments, Development and Financial Investment Holding Company announced that it will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 22 September.
The OGM will discuss the decision to raise the company’s capital from EGP 440.2 million to EGP 650 million, according to the company’s statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange on Monday.
