Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Drilling is inviting its shareholders to attend the online ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), scheduled for 6:30 pm on Thursday, 4 June 2026, using Tadawulaty website.
The electronic voting on the agenda items of the meeting started at 01:00 am on Monday, 1 June, and shall continue until the end of the meeting, according to a bourse filing.
The service is provided by Edaa Center free of charge for all shareholders.
