Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company swung to SAR 43.75 million in net loss attributable to the owners in 2025, against net profits of SAR 70.99 million in 2024.
The loss per share totaled SAR 0.55 in January-December 2025 when compared with earnings per share (EPS) of SAR 0.89 a year earlier, according to the financial results.
Meanwhile, the insurance revenues jumped by 20.11% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 1.88 billion as of 31 December 2025 from SAR 1.56 billion.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Arabian Shield incurred SAR 32.83 million in net losses after Zakat attributable to the owners, against net profits of SAR 69.21 million in 9M-24.
