Arabica Star’s net losses shrink 59% in H1-26 on improved market conditions

Riyadh – Mubasher: The net losses after Zakat of Arabica Star Company narrowed to roughly SAR 350,000 in the first half (H1) of 2026, marking a 58.67% improvement from around SAR 840,000 losses reported in H1-25.

The company attributed the reduced deficit to improved market conditions and management initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency, according to a bourse filing.

Revenues rose by 9.40% to SAR 26.68 million in H1-26 when compared to SAR 24.39 million in the prior-year period.

Loss per share improved to SAR 0.25 in H1-26 from SAR 0.61 a year earlier.

Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 35.67 million as of 30 June 2026, down by 7.05% from SAR 38.37 million at the end of the corresponding period.

Arabica Star stated that it is currently implementing development initiatives aimed at achieving gradual improvements in financial results over coming periods.

Meanwhile, the external auditor’s report was issued with an unmodified opinion.
