Aramco rolls out SAR 1.6bn agreements with solutions, Arabian Pipes

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) penned three agreements at a combined value of SAR 1.63 billion with Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions) and Arabian Pipes Company, according to bourse disclosures.

On 17 March, Aramco and solutions inked a SAR 1.39 billion deal for an upstream supercomputers project, which involves building advanced computing infrastructure to support the former’s digital capabilities in areas such as oil and gas exploration and reservoir analysis.

The project includes two high-performance computing systems that will be integrated to process very large volumes of data quickly and efficiently.

This infrastructure will help enhance subsurface imaging and data analysis, offering faster and more accurate insights to boost exploration and development activities.

Under the one-year contract, solutions will deliver the end-to-end solution, including system deployment, software licensing, support, and managed services over the lifecycle of the cluster.

The telecom company noted that the project will start reflecting on its financial statements from the first quarter (Q1) of 2027.

Arabian Pipes 

The company sealed two deals valued at SAR 241 million with the Saudi oil giant for manufacturing and supplying steel pipes.

With a tenor of nine months, the SAR 94 million agreement will impact the company’s business during the July-December 2026 period.

Meanwhile, both companies inked the second contract on 18 March for an amount of SAR 147 million for 11 months. It will commence showing results during Q4-26 as well as Q1-27.

Aramco recently disclosed its annual financials for 2025, delivering net profits attributable to the owners valued at SAR 348.04 billion and net sales totaling SAR 1.55 trillion.
