Riyadh – Mubasher: State-run Saudi Aramco’s production surplus amounted to 1.5 million barrels per day (bpd).
The world's largest oil producer can supply customers with additional cargoes of crude oil, Aramco’s CEO Amin Nasser told CNBC Arabia.
Earlier on Monday, the CEO noted that his company plans to raise production in Khurais oil field to 1.5 million bpds, from 1.2 million within two months.
The CEO of Aramco’s unit, Aramco Trading Company, Ibrahim Al-Buainain has expected that the firm's oil trade will rise by six million bpd or 50% in 2020.
