Dubai - Mubasher: Aramex has opened its first regional healthcare and pharmaceutical hub in the Dubai South Free Zone, certified by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, expanding its capabilities in the life sciences and medical supply chain sector.
The facility offers fully compliant, temperature-controlled storage and integrated logistics services tailored to the region’s growing pharmaceutical market, according to a press release.
Spanning 5,600 square meters (m²), the hub features ambient storage, cold rooms, and freezer units designed to handle a wide range of pharmaceutical temperature requirements.
The new center combines Aramex’s freight, customs, warehousing, and last-mile services into one integrated operation. It operates under GDP standards and ISO-backed quality systems to ensure product integrity throughout the supply chain.
Fadi Azzi, Senior Logistics Director at Aramex, said: “With the launch of our dedicated healthcare hub, we are elevating the standards of pharmaceutical logistics in the region.”
“Our goal is to provide healthcare partners with a resilient, compliant, and fully integrated supply chain that empowers them to serve patients with greater speed, safety, and reliability,” Azzi added.
The launch aligns with Aramex’s broader strategy to strengthen its regional footprint and position itself as a key partner in supporting the Middle East’s evolving healthcare ecosystem.
In February 2026, Aramex deployed a new AI-first global data foundation to accelerate digital transformation.
