Dubai - Mubasher: Aramex has sold its stake in Sydney-based Mail Call Couriers Pty to ST Couriers Holdings Pty for AED 120.65 million ($32.85 million), according to a bourse statement.
Mail Call Couriers generated revenues of AED 38.93 million ($10.6 million) in the first six months of 2016.
In August, Aramex confirmed the news that Australia Post has bought 4.5% of its shares for around AED 367.29 million ($100 million).
The company’s stock stabilised at AED 4 on Monday, with a turnover of AED 4.54 million generated from the exchange of 1.14 million shares through 28 transactions.
