Shareholders of Atlas for Land Reclamation and Agricultural Processing Co. approved buying a majority stake of at least 60% in Al-Mona for Agricultural Development Co. at EGP 42.75 per share.
In the same vein, the shareholders rejected buying a majority stake in Digital Advertising company, Atlas said in a bourse statement.
Meanwhile, the company's shareholders decided to withhold dividends for 2014.
Atlas is capitalised at EGP 59.2 million, distributed across 5.9 million at EGP 10 par value each.
