Riyadh – Mubasher: Awfar, a software services provider, unveiled plans to advance operations on social media platforms to respond to customers within a few minutes in different languages.
Abd El-Rahman Galal, Founder and CEO at Awfar, announced the company’s plans in an exclusive interview with Mubasher on the sidelines of the Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024 event.
Galal noted that the customer receives a response within 20 seconds maximum through AI, indicating that the platforms can respond to a thousand customers at the same time.
The company will deploy these applications to display products, manage orders, and determine prices.
The CEO also explained that the responses to customers are made after reviewing all the data registered through the application, which enhances the quality of responses without repetition.
Established in 2013, Awfar secured advanced technological solutions to assist commercial and service-based companies in developing their customer communication platforms.
