Mubasher: Unicap Investment and Finance announced that its board members approved for Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) to resign from the membership of Unicap’s board.
Mona Bahjat Al Shawa has been acting as BBK’s representative in the board of Unicap, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
It is noteworthy that Unicap has a capital standing at KWD 23.96 million distributed on 239.6 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
