Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB) closed Monday’s trading with a fall of 0.12% or 1.42 point to the level of 1,190.52 points.
Trading volume decreased to 2.005 million shares from 4.6 million shares, turnover also shrank to BHD 426,400 from OMR 679,900.
The industrial sector dropped 1.24% as Alba declined 1.3%, the services sector fell 0.13% due to a 1.32% decrease in Bahrain Duty Free Complex.
The investment sector dropped 0.13% as Esterad Investment slid 9.63%.
On the other hand, the banks sector rose 0.03%, backed by an increase of 1.6% in Khaleeji Commercial Bank. The stock made the biggest trading volume activity of 93,500 shares.
Ahli United Bank made the highest turnover of BHD 449,700.
