Mubasher: Bahrain Flour Mills Company (BFM) posted its financial statements on Thursday, showing that profits during the fourth quarter of 2015 increased by 46.1.
The company achieved net profit of BHD 227,500 ($607,600) compared to BHD 155,740 ($415.94) in the same quarter of 2014, according to Bahrain’s bourse filing.
At the level of the annual results, company's profits declined during 2015 by 1.7%, to BHD 603,700 compared to BHD 614,100 by the end of FY14.
The board of directors proposed cash dividend for the fiscal year 2015 at 20% of the company's capital or 20 fils per share, which is equal to 2014 dividends.
Earning for nine months period ended on 30 September 2015 fell by 18%, compared to the same period in 2014.
The company’s stock reached the level of BHD0.39 at its last trading on 24 August 2015 with a trading volume 180 shares at BHD64.4.
