Mubasher: Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) reported a 3.8% increase in profits for the second quarter of the year.
The bank said in a statement to the Bahrain Bourse on Wednesday that net profits reached BHD 16.4 million ($43.2 million) compared to BHD 15.8 million ($41.6 million) for the same period last year.
As for the first half of the year, profits grew by 8.1% to BHD 32.18 million in the first six months of the 2017 compared to BHD 29.76 million in H1-16.
