Riyadh - Mubasher: The board members of National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) recommended cash dividends totaling SAR 922.85 million, representing 10% of its SAR 9.22 billion capital, for 2025.
The Saudi company will pay out a dividend of SAR 1 per share for 922.85 million eligible shares, according to a bourse statement.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates will be announced later.
During 2025, the net profits of Bahri stood at SAR 2.43 billion, higher by 12.07% than SAR 2.16 billion in 2024.
