Bahri to pay SAR 1.3bn interim dividend for H1-26

Riyadh — Mubasher: The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia’s (Bahri) board of directors has approved the distribution of an exceptional interim cash dividend totaling SAR 1.38 billion for the first half (H1) of 2026.

The board decided on the amount during a meeting held on 6 September 2026.

The payout is equivalent to SAR 1.50 per share, representing 15% of the nominal share value. According to the company disclosure, the distribution will target 922.85 million eligible shares.

Eligibility for the dividend is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on 10 September 2026, who are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second following trading day.

The company confirmed that the payment process is scheduled to commence on 27 September 2026. The distribution will be handled by Saudi National Bank (SNB), with funds deposited directly into investment portfolios linked to active bank accounts.

Shareholders holding physical stock certificates have been advised to deposit them into investment portfolios via Edaa to facilitate the receipt of their dividends.

At the end of June 2026, Bahri’s net profit surged by 420.70% to SAR 4.90 billion compared to SAR 940.27 million in H1-25.
