The Lebanese Banque Bemo will hold its General Assembly meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 to elect new members to the Board of Directors, reported the Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) official website.
The Bank has asked the shareholders who want to participate in the meeting, which will be held at the Bank's Head office in Riad Al Solh, to abide the bank’s By-Laws and by the current laws and regulations.
