Riyadh – Mubasher: Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) is targeting to lead the Saudi banking sector, especially in terms of modern technologies, according to the bank’s Managing Director and CEO, Rayan Fayez.
Fayes remarks came during his participation in the ArabNet Riyadh Conference.
BSF is focusing on expanding across the Kingdom, by increasing the number of branches and growing its market share, the CEO noted.
“Technology changes every day, and so do clients, who seek a level of services that is better today than it was yesterday. This is what Banque Saudi Fransi aims at achieving,” Fayez indicated, adding that the bank’s staff hires new people who are thinking on a daily basis about how to achieve best results.
Currently, 90% of operations for the bank’s clients are carried out through technology, without a need to visit a branch, the CEO added, noting that the role of branches will change in the future, especially as the number of e-banking clients is growing.
The Managing Director and CEO of BSF stressed that the bank is achieving flexibility and growth across everything tech, with more operations being digitized. “We know what we are good at and will do our best to live up to our client’s expectations.”
