Doha – Mubasher: Barwa Real Estate Company announced on Monday the completion of purchasing a vacant land plot of 2,216,060 square meters in Al Janadriyah area, Riyadh, for SAR 659.28 million ($175.6 million).
The general outline includes a full residential and commercial district, according to a bourse filing.
Barwa seeks to construct the infrastructure works of Project’s Master Plan within the fourth quarter of 2018.
