Riyadh – Mubasher: Bayan Credit Bureau, licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), signed multiple agreements during its participation at Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024 to boost financial cooperation and data solutions.
The Saudi listed Bawan Company under the metal industry and one of the leading firms focused on building products, entered into a membership agreement with Bayan Credit Bureau to strengthen financial cooperation and support sustainable development in the Kingdom’s industrial sector.
As part of its role to advance financial data solutions, Bayan Credit Bureau also penned a membership agreement with Safqa Financial during the three-day event in Riyadh to support the financial sector in Saudi Arabia.
Meanwhile, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Bayan Credit Bureau and Nama United Financing Company to enhance credit data sharing and specialised technical services.
Another two membership agreements were concluded with Alpha Arabia Finance to improve financial data accuracy while supporting the growth of the financial sector in Saudi Arabia and with Al Yusr Leasing and Financing Company to promote responsible financing through innovative credit solutions.
Bayan Credit Bureau is a joint-stock Saudi company established in 2015 as the first provider of integrated corporate credit services focused on trade information through innovative solutions.
It took part in Seamless Saudi Arabia 2023 as well, where it entered into an agreement with SAMA’s unit Saudi Payments.
It is worth noting that Mubasher has been the Media Partner of the Seamless event in the Kingdom in 2024, building on its participation in 2023. The economic portal introduced comprehensive media coverage this year in addition to interviewing several officials from Kafaa Capital, fintech company Madkhol, software services provider Awfar, and others.
