Riyadh – Mubasher: Danube Company for Foodstuffs and Commodities, a 99%-owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's BinDawood Holding, has signed a lease agreement with a leading integrated real estate development company in Bahrain to open a Danube hypermarket store at Al Liwan Project.
The agreement was signed with Lama Real Estate represented by Seef Properties at a value of about SAR 30 million, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The lease agreement will see Danube hypermarket occupy around 5,305 square meter space in Al Liwan Project located in the Northern Governorate. The Danube hypermarket is expected to open its doors to customers in the fourth quarter of 2021.
Moreover, the project is expected to reflect positively on the company's results after the commencement of commercial operation.
