Bloom Holding unveils EGP 1.5bn investment in Egypt

UAE – Mubasher: Bloom Holding, a UAE-based real estate developer, has signed a strategic partnership to launch an international school in Egypt at an investment exceeding EGP 1.50 billion.

Bloom Holding will partner with New Era Education and New Giza Real Estate Development via a joint venture (JV) to inaugurate the educational project in West Cairo in August 2024, according to a recent press release.

The JV comes in line with the Abu Dhabi-based group’s objective to expand its education portfolio globally.

Located in New Giza on an area spanning 40,000 square metres, the new state-of-the-art school will cater to students from the age of three to 18 years old.

Furthermore, Bloom Holding noted that the school’s educational framework, structure, and delivery will be in accordance with the international education standards while meeting national requirements.
