Kuwait – Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait has agreed on Thursday to finalise a forward contract for Zain Group.
The deal includes an overall of 34.23 million shares at a value of nearly KWD 14.21 million; 415 fils per share, according to a recent bourse filing.
Zain has a capital standing at KWD 432.70 million, distributed on 4.327 billion shares with a nominal value of 100 fils a share.
