Budget Saudi delivers 10% higher net profits in 2025; board recommends H2 dividends

Riyadh – Mubasher: The United International Transportation Company (Budget Saudi) has achieved consolidated net profits worth SAR 345.76 million in 2025, signaling a 9.89% increase from SAR 314.63 million in 2024.

The earnings per share (EPS) declined to SAR 3.13 in 2025 from SAR 3.32 in the previous year, according to a bourse filing.

Budget Saudi recorded 22.72% higher revenue at SAR 2.41 billion in 2025 when compared to SAR 1.97 billion in 2024.

The company stated: “This year’s [2025] revenue and profit figures incorporate Autoworld’s full-year profit, offering a complete picture of the company’s performance. In contrast, last year’s [2024] figures covered only a five-month period, making this year’s results a more comprehensive reflection of growth and overall business performance.”

Cash Dividends

The board of Budget Saudi issued a recommendation to the general assembly to distribute final cash dividends totaling SAR 78.16 million to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2025.

The company would pay out SAR 0.75 per share, equivalent to 7.5% of the share nominal value, as dividends for 104.22 million eligible shares.

The eligibility and distribution dates for H2-25 dividends will be announced at a later time.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Budget Saudi registered net profits of SAR 248.66 million and revenue worth SAR 1.71 billion.
