Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The net profits of Burjeel Holdings reached AED 503 million in 2025, marking a 39.50% year-on-year (YoY) jump from AED 360 million.
The earnings per share (EPS) grew to AED 0.09 as of 31 December 2025 from AED 0.07 in 2024, according to the financial results.
Revenues hit AED 5.50 billion in 2025, which signaled an annual increase of 9.80% from AED 5.01 billion.
In the 12-month period that ended on 31 December 2025, the total assets amounted to AED 6.65 billion when compared with AED 5.87 billion in 2024.
Financial Statements for Q4-25
In the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025, the company’s net profits leapt by 159.90% to AED 141 million from AED 54 million in Q4-25, whereas the EPS rose to AED 0.02 from AED 0.01.
The revenues stood at AED 1.40 billion in Q4-25, compared with AED 1.30 billion in Q4-24.

Vayalil noted: "We also expanded our footprint on schedule, scaling our community-care network in the UAE, progressing specialized care platforms in Saudi Arabia, and growing our operations and management portfolio beyond the region."

During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Burjeel Holdings recorded higher net profits after tax at AED 362.03 million, compared to AED 306.22 million.
