Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) issued treasury bills (T-bills) at an aggregated value of EGP 44 billion through two tranches on Thursday, 6 July.
With a tenor of 182 days until 9 January 2024, the first offering stood at EGP 19 billion, according to official data.
The second issue was valued at EGP 25 billion and will mature in 364 days on 9 July next year.
Earlier this week on 4 July, the CBE offered T-bills at a combined value of EGP 40 billion through two auctions.
