Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) offered treasury bills (T-bills) at a combined value of EGP 65 billion through two issues on Sunday, 1 December 2024.
Holding a tenor of 91 days until 4 March 2025, the first tranche stood at EGP 40 billion, according to official data.
The second auction was valued at EGP 25 billion and will mature in 273 days on 2 September next year.
Last Thursday, 28 November, the CBE unveiled T-bills with the same aggregated value through two offerings.
