Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) issued fixed treasury bonds (T-bonds) at a value of EGP 6 billion through one tranche on Monday, 25 November.
The offering will mature in three years on 5 November 2027, according to official data.
The central bank also auctioned floating-rate T-bonds worth EGP 2 billion through one issue, which holds a tenor of three years until 8 October 2027.
A week ago, the CBE unveiled T-bonds and floating-rate note worth EGP 13 billion over three auctions.
