Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) offered treasury bills (T-bills) at a combined value of EGP 80 billion through two issues on Thursday, 6 February.
The first issue was valued at EGP 40 billion and will mature in 182 days on 12 August 2025, according to official data.
With the same value, the second offering holds a 364-day tenor until 10 February 2026.
Earlier this week, on 2 February, the CBE auctioned T-bills worth EGP 65 billion through two tranches.
