Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) offered treasury bills (T-bills) at a combined value of EGP 95 billion through three issues on Sunday, 8 March.
With a maturity period of 91 days until 9 June 2026, the first auction was valued at EGP 25 billion, according to official data.
The second tranche hit EGP 50 billion, carrying a 273-day tenor until 8 December this year.
Finally, the third offering stood at EGP 20 billion, maturing in 336 days on 9 February 2027.
