Cairo – Mubasher: CI Capital Holding for Financial Investments led four bond issuances for major companies and entities operating across various sectors in the Egyptian market at an aggregated value of EGP 4.80 billion.
CI Capital closed the issuance of Contact Financial Holding, GB Lease and Factoring, Aman Consumer Finance, and Erada Microfinance, according to a press release.
The EGX-listed company led EGP 1.21 billion securitised bond issuance for Contact Financial Holding, being the arranger and the underwriter of the offering.
GB Lease and Factoring secured EGP 1.82 billion securitised bond issuance in 4 tranches.
CI Capital and the Commercial International Bank (CIB) acted as the financial advisers, issuance managers, and lead arrangers.
Meanwhile, Aman Consumer Finance closed a securitised bond issuance at an amount of EGP 1.07 billion.
CI Capital acted as the sole financial advisor, issuance manager, and lead arranger for the transaction that was implemented in five tranches.
Finally, Erada Microfinance closed EGP 718 million securitised bond Issuance over three auctions. CI Capital acted as the sole financial advisor, issuance manager, and lead arranger.
Last December, CI Capital concluded an EGP 1.45 billion securitisation bond issuance for Al Tawfeek Securitization Company.
