Riyadh — Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Wazan Al-Nomu has successfully met the requirements to commence operations for its licensed activity of providing advisory services in securities business.
This regulatory milestone follows the initial approval granted by the CMA on 7 January 2025.
The authorization was issued in accordance with the Capital Market Law, established by Royal Decree No. (M/30), and its executive regulations.
By satisfying the necessary commencement criteria, the firm is now formally permitted to practice the specific securities activities outlined in its license.
This move aligns with the CMA’s ongoing efforts to regulate and develop the Kingdom’s financial sector by ensuring all licensed entities adhere to the established legal frameworks before beginning market operations.
