Riyadh — Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Najm Almarzam Company for Investment has successfully fulfilled the operational requirements to begin providing advisory services in the Saudi securities market.
This final regulatory clearance follows the initial approval granted by the CMA on 1 February 2026.
The authorization was issued in accordance with the Capital Market Law, established by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H, and its executive regulations.
By meeting these commencement criteria, the firm is now officially permitted to conduct its licensed activities within the Kingdom’s financial sector.
The move aligns with the CMA’s ongoing efforts to regulate and develop the investment environment by ensuring all licensed entities adhere to the necessary technical and administrative standards before engaging with market participants.
