Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved for Naseej International Trading Company to increase its capital through a rights issue, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
Naseej International aims to raise the capital by SAR 150 million, an increase that will be limited to the shareholders who are registered at the Security Depository Center as of the closing of the second trading day after the extraordinary general meeting (EGM).
The offering price and the number of shares to be offered for subscription will be determined later by the company. The rights issue prospectus will be posted and available to the public at a later time.
