Riyadh — Mubasher: Canadian Medical Center Company has invited its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for 28 October 2026.
The meeting will be conducted via modern technology at 19:00, according to a bourse filing.
The primary agenda item for the assembly is to vote on electing a board member to fill a vacant seat.
Meanwhile, the successful candidate will complete the current board term, which commenced on 28 December 2025 and is scheduled to conclude on 27 December 2029.
According to the company’s bylaws, specifically Article 38, the OGM requires a quorum of shareholders representing at least half of the voting shares.
If this quorum is not met, a second meeting will be held one hour after the scheduled time for the first session, which will be considered valid regardless of the number of voting shares represented.
Electronic voting for the assembly items is set to begin at 01:00 on 24 October 2026 and will remain open until the end of the meeting.
Canadian Medical Center noted that registration and voting are available to shareholders through the Tadawulaty platform.
