Cenomi Centers to vote on SAR 426.5m capital hike

Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian Centres Company (Cenomi Centers) has invited its shareholders to an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 27 September 2026 to vote on a board recommendation to increase the company's capital by 8.98%.

The proposed increase will be funded by capitalizing SAR 426.59 million from retained earnings.

Under the proposal, the capital of Cenomi Centers will rise from SAR 4.75 billion to SAR 5.18 billion. The total number of shares will increase from 475 million to 517.65 million.

The company plans to issue 42.65 million new shares, distributing 39.58 million shares to shareholders as a bonus issue at a ratio of one share for every 12 shares held. Additionally, 3.07 million shares will be allocated to a new employee stock program.

The capital hike, which was approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), aims to support the company's growth and strengthen its financial position.

Eligibility for the bonus shares will be for shareholders registered at the end of the second trading day following the assembly date. The virtual meeting requires a 50% quorum to proceed. Electronic voting is set to begin on 23 September.
