Mubasher: Century Investment Group listed rights issue of 4.808 million shares with a par value of JOD1 per share, according to the company’s statement to the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) on Tuesday.
Trading on the rights issue shares starts today with a reference price of JOD 1.82 per share, the company said.
Century Investment previously pointed out that it will increase its capital by issuing 4.81 million shares.
The Jordanian company’s capital amounts to around JOD 5.19 million, divided on 5.19 million shares with a par value of JOD 1 per share.
The stock retreated 6.25% on Monday to JOD 4.5.
