Dubai – Mubasher: Chestertons MENA is planning to unveil a new property project in London during Cityscape Global event held from 2 to 4 October at Dubai’s world trade centre.
Named Lyons Place, the project is developed by Almacantar company, according to the international property specialist's statement.
“Lyons Place, in particular, exemplifies all the reasons why London has long been favoured by the Middle Eastern market thanks to sound investment opportunities and solid, long-term capital growth potential. Chestertons MENA’s managing director Nick Witty commented.
Located near Central London’s Maida Vale neighbourhood, the new project comprises one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments, two duplex penthouses, and five three-storey townhouses, Chestertons MENA revealed.
“There is still a high degree of confidence from buyers both home and abroad in the London property market particularly when currency exchanges rate are taken into consideration,” Witty said.
