City Cement logs SAR 129m profits in 2025; dividends for H2 unveiled

Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the owners of City Cement Company fell by 10.54% to SAR 128.92 million in 2025 from SAR 144.11 million a year earlier.

The company posted revenues amounting to SAR 519.63 million last year, down 0.23% from SAR 520.83 million as of 31 December 2024, according to the financial results.

Likewise, the earnings per share (EPS) dropped to SAR 0.92 at the end of 2025 from SAR 1.03 in 2024.

Dividends for H2-25

The board members of City Cement decided to disburse cash dividends amounting to SAR 70 million to 140 eligible shares for the second half (H2) of 2025.

The Saudi firm will pay out a dividend of SAR 0.50 per share, equivalent to 5% of the share’s nominal value.

Eligibility and distribution dates will be 30 March and 20 April, respectively.

At the end of September 2025, City Cement recorded 6.17% year-on-year (YoY) lower net profits at SAR 96.66 million, compared to SAR 103.03 million.
