Cityscape Global 2025 opens in Riyadh with over $43bn deals

Riyadh - Mubasher: Cityscape Global 2025, the largest real estate exhibition, witnessed deals at an aggregated value exceeding $43 billion, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The exhibition, which opened in Riyadh on 17 November 2025, was attended by senior officials, international decision-makers, and real-estate leaders from within Saudi Arabia and abroad.

In his speech, Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al Hogail said the exhibition showcases the Kingdom’s ambition for smart cities, modern lifestyles, and a global real-estate economy driven by innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.

“Let us move forward together with confident steps toward an urban future worthy of a nation that builds its glory through the work of its people and writes the chapters of its progress according to global standards and a firmly rooted national vision,” Al Hogail added.

The opening session featured contributions from Korean Minister of Transport Kim Yoon-deok and Oman's Minister of Housing and Urban Planning Khalfan bin Saeed Al-Shuaili, in addition to a speech by Aseer Region Governor Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz.

It is worth noting that the event is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and the Housing Program.
