Clara, VMS ink deal at LEAP 2024 to empower MENA’s startups

Mubasher: VMS and Clara, a platform streamlining company digital formations, inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to back startups in the MENA region.

The two parties signed the agreement on the slides of LEAP24 that took place in Riyadh during 4-7 March, according to a press release.

Under the strategic partnership, VMS will leverage Clara’s expertise in demystifying legal complexities for startups with its comprehensive resources, knowledge, and network.

They plan to secure a robust ecosystem for entrepreneurs, providing a smoother journey from concept to successful venture.

On its part, Clara will offer accessible legal guidance to enable startups to navigate the intricacies of setting up and expanding their businesses.

Meanwhile, VMS will continue to back entrepreneurs with its resources, expert insights, and networking opportunities.

Additionally, the collaboration will focus on reducing risks for startups, which will ensure a more secure and successful growth trajectory.
