Cairo – Mubasher: Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) witnessed lower consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 356.73 million in 2022, versus EGP 410.67 million in 2021, including minority interest.
The revenues amounted to EGP 2.61 billion last year, down from EGP 2.54 billion during the January-December 2021 period, according to the financial results.
Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) declined to EGP 0.17 in 2022 from EGP 0.20 in 2021, whereas the total assets retreated to EGP 3.28 billion from EGP 3.43 billion.
Standalone Income Statements
The EGX-listed company posted standalone net profits after tax worth EGP 217.25 million in 2022, compared to EGP 292.37 million a year earlier.
Meanwhile, the basic and diluted EPS settled at EGP 0.11 last year, versus EGP 0.15 in 2021.
Non-consolidated revenues dropped to EGP 1.09 billion as of 31 December 2022 from EGP 1.20 billion in 2021, while the total assets fell to EGP 2.20 billion from EGP 2.60 billion.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Cleopatra Hospitals Group logged consolidated net profits worth EGP 267.14 million, a 7% year-on-year (YoY) decrease from EGP 288.11 million.
