Mubasher: Commercial Facilities registered a decrease of 9.9% in profits during the third quarter of 2018 compared to the same period a year ago.
Earnings narrowed to KWD 2.65 million ($8.7 million) in Q3-18 from KWD 2.94 million ($9.7 million) in Q3-17, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
During the nine-month period in 2018, Commercial Facilities posted a decline of 1.3% in profits to KWD 7.205 million compared to KWD 7.302 million in the same period last year.
The drop in 9M profits is attributed to lower investment income as well as losses in foreign currency exchange.
