UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 4.67 points (0.11%) on Tuesday and ended the trading session at 4,252.77 points.
The turnover reached AED 243.90 million through the exchange of 115.72 million shares.
Emaar Development registered the highest trading value of AED 36.15 million, while GFH Financial Group was the most active stock with 29.56 million shares.
Orascom Construction advanced the gainers with 8.40%, whereas Mashreq Bank headed the decliners with 4.54%.
On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) edged down by 0.039% to 9,228.64 points.
A total of 218.75 million shares were exchanged at an amount of AED 935.67 million, while the market cap value hit AED 2.86 trillion.
International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 248.68 million, while Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 16.26 million shares.
Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company topped the risers with 9.59%, whereas Ras Al Khaimah Company for White Cement and Construction Materials (RAK White Cement) led the fallers with 8.18%.
